Brewed from organic raw materials at night when the moon is full and of course awarded the Knospe label. The Vollmond is similar to the Naturperle in character, although it is a little stronger and is created during a full moon. This beer obtains extra punch thanks to a more intensive fermentation process. It´s claimed that the magical force of nature lies in the shimmering gold of Vollmond Bier.
