Launched in 1992 as one of the first naturally cloudy beers in Switzerland, "Quöllfrisch" has since spawned many imitators. Light refermentation in the bottle produces an unusual, lively beer with an intense character. It stands out due to its mildness and subtle fruitiness. It is brewed from pure Pilsner malt and three different types of hops from Stammheim and Hallertau. It is aged for 3 months in our mountain cellar, which gives the beer its remarkable balance.
