This top-fermented, cloudy wheat beer has a high percentage of carbon dioxide. By-products of the fermentation process such as fruit esters and phenols evidence themselves as banana and clove aromas, and give the wheat its distinctive flavour.

Bitter units: 15 IBU

Colour: bright straw yellow

Hops: bouquet of hops

Overall impression: banana-cloves (yeasty), spicy, fresh, fruity
