Pale Quöllfrisch is characterised by its mild and slightly fruity flavour. Brewed from Pilsner malt and three different varieties of hops from Stammheim and Hallertau.

Made with chestnuts and special malts. Sweet chestnuts from Ticino give this beer a slightly sweet, chestnutty aroma, making it perfect as a dessert beer.
