Brewed from Pilsner malt and three different varieties of hops from Stammheim and Hallertau, this is an unusually fruity beer with a yeasty character.

Colour: rich yellow

Hops: aromatic hop bouquet, strawy

Overall impression: full-bodied, fresh, yeasty

Optimum drinking temperature: 4-6°C
