The «Rhubarb Beer» is a Ginger Beer fermented with fresh, natural ginger juice, and refined with organic rhubarb from the Demeter farm. The fresh and sour rhubarb harmonizes perfectly with the pungent and spicy ginger, creating a very refreshing and revitalizing summer drink. To enjoy as well as an aperitif: Serve it on the rocks in a wine glass and garnish it with a slice of lemon.
