It's no secret. The Locher AG brewery also brews only with water. But with a very special one: Spring water from the Alpstein. After its long way through the rock, it is of such excellent quality and purity that we can use it without quality and purity that we use it for our Appenzeller beer without any major Appenzell beer. So in Appenzell they brew directly from the source. No wonder our bestseller is called "Quöllfrisch". The family consists of naturally cloudy, light, dark and hoppy.
